Who we are:

Minka Goldstein

As a former teacher, Minka  enjoys explaining every detail of your transaction to you.  Minka was educated as a Real Estate Appraiser, and has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. She can stage your home, and suggest design changes for a home you are buying.  Minka loves holding open houses, and successfully negotiates for her clients, whether they are sellers or buyers.

Beatriz Yanovich

Beatriz is able to find homes which perfectly fit the needs of our buyers.  She is also an expert at helping people relocate, and understands the challenges of moving nationally and internationally. Beatriz is gifted in designing, staging and decorating homes, and she loves looking at properties. Beatriz is bi-lingual in Spanish and English.

Jeffrey Kallmeyer

Jeff brings a broad business background and a passion for service to the team. His attention to detail ensures that all aspects of your transaction are well planned and executed.  Jeff spent a number of years in the commercial real estate world including working with developers on single family home projects.
